FuneralStaff will act as a staffing or recruiting division
of your business or organization by handling all recruiting
and staffing issues. We will use what ever means necessary
to find qualified candidates. Once candidates are identified,
we will prescreen them, check references, interview and recommend
only the most qualified talent for further interviews. Think
of us as your own in-house staffing agency.
FuneralStaff is
provided a yearly recruiting contract. Along with this contract
is included a significant discount to the client for individual
placements.
Contingent
Placement Services
FuneralStaff will recruit candidates based on individual hiring
needs of a client. This service is for those clients who may
just have a few hiring needs a year. We will provide the same
staffing and recruiting services as in the retained search
but on an individualized basis. Contingent fee is a % of the
candidates first years base salary.
Contained/Contingent
Placement Services
FuneralStaff will recruit candidates based on the individual
needs of a client. The difference is that a small fee (container)
is paid in advance to cover expenses of the recruiting services.
We will provide client a discounted fee for placement as well
as subtracting the original container from that fee.
